Palmer Homes is owned and operated by Damon Palmer. Damon obtained his state contractors license in 2004 after relocating from central Illinois. He has been in the construction business for the past 28 years, and continues to carry on the family tradition dating back to 1935 over the past four generations.

These guys demonstrate incompetence and the absolute *worst* customer relationship management.... A friend of mine has a contract with Palmer to build a semi-custom home. He has encountered numerous delays, excuses and deceptive comments made by Palmer Homes.
Despite the construction being fully funded many months ago, work has stalled. Palmer has been unable or unwilling to estimate a completion date.
Palmer has been slow to obtain the required permits and slower yet with the construction. They seem to have all the contracts they can handle and have adopted a "service the customer who yells

As painters we have painted a lot of the new Palmer Homes. Palmer didn't build my home but if I built a home it would be Palmer. The attention to detail in the finishes, the very high quality paint he makes us use, all make these homes very nice. The other builders just want the home done and us out of there. Palmer never rushes us and pays us to redo and redo until its perfect. Hes my favorite to paint for. He doesn't let the other trades get away with anything either.

Best custom builder on Cape Coral. The building process was smooth and very easy. Lived in the house for over a year and everything has been great. No packages or surprises a true custom home. Stop giving your hard earned money to poor builders. We will never build with anyone else!
