Experiencing low water pressure in master bath shower and sink. Technician took the time to explain everything they saw and did. He was neat, clean and thorough and we are back in business in under two hours or so. WCDiamond was recommended to us during a kitchen renovation but we had them back for this and a hallway bathroom leak and to work on upgrading the house to a zone heating system. We plan on using them for all our plumbing and heating needs in the future.

Only good things.to say about Bill and his employees (special Kudos to Eryn) . Always answer the phone and get you on schedule right away. They come on time, and explain what they will do and give you an estimate right away, before starting the work. Willing to discuss options and prices are reasonable. Finally, most important of all, he gets the work done. I have never seen someone in that line of business with such a strong work ethic.

I have been using Diamond Plumbing for my plumbing services for several times. They are very professional. Their technicians have good skills and were able to fix problems correctly.
