I reserved a limo bus for my daughters prom and unfortunately had to cancel due to the corona virus pandemic. I've heard so many horror stories about renting a limo and the company either backs out, doesn't show up or the service is absolutely crappy. I choose this company to reserve from because they were the most responsive to my needs, settled my concerns and were very organized and attentive. They answered the phone every time I called and answered all my questions.

Used this company from a referral for a funeral. The price was exorbitant!!! One of the drivers got lost heading to the South Bay from DTLA and ended up in West Hollywood. Doesn't everyone have GPS? The cost was more than what the mortuary charged for its serviced. Felt totally taken advantage of especially in this situation. Very unfortunate

We had nothing but a perfect experience with this company! Not only were they amazing with communication, but they arrived on time and were extremely professional. They handled our very large group to and from the airport and made the experience very easy to coordinate! Prices are unbeatable for what you are receiving. I would like to pay my compliments for the outstanding service from Rick Covarrubias who transported five young ladies to their prom from the Inland Empire to Downtown Los Angeles this past weekend. The A/C broke down as soon as he got there and the mother who contracted the service was told they would upgrade the vehicle for free, which they did, within a matter of minutes. She had also used this company in the past for another prom and she said they have always provided great service. Outstanding limo drivers and great performances. I'm 100% satisfied with every aspect of the service provided by The Perfect Limo. My driver was friendly and talked to me about subjects that made me comfortable. He showed up in a timely manner, was professional, and accessible.

This place is a good Place on time and reliable. There's only one thing I didn't like was the fact when I booked them they priced my everything TIP/ gratuity included to driver. When driver showed up he said they never include that so I had to Tip him so either i was lied to or driver was sketchy? Just make sure you know what it is your paying for other then that good service and very professional.

The driver was on time, he explained remaining balance and pick up and drop off. He was very nice and professional. The only thing I didn't like, he took long routes to get to the freeway, when it wasn't far from my home. When we gave him other pick up locations, he milked the time. We ended up having to pay more out of pocket because he drove slow, and because he took longer routes that made him take longer to get to the locations. This makes sense, since you do pay by the hour, I feel like they do that on purpose. So if you do happen to book with them, make sure you tell them the easier

Beware of opportunistic pricing. they charged us different $$ for the exact same ride without notice. if they perceive urgency they add extra charges. also you have to fill out an elaborate online form to book a car and the didn't confirm the booking until 40 mins before our pickup time. switched to phone booking but No one picks up the phone after hours so you cant book in the evening without using their very lame web page. they add their own tip to your bill and charge it in advance to your cc.
