Jay has over 15 years experience in the field, spending 10 years as a construction inspector for an engineering firm and over 5 years as a construction project manager.
Jay has also successfully completed a nationally accredited, 100 hour home inspection course from Allied Real Estate School and is a certified HUD 203(k) consultant. At Precision Inspection Services, L.L.C. we believe the client comes first. We will conduct our inspections at times that are convenient to the client, and will keep the client immediately abreast of all pertinent information.
