After being in the wedding industry for over 10 years, we decided to create a venue that would provide an intimate place for friends and family to spend a weekend of celebrating. We bought the property in 2010 and named the estate after our daughter, Grace Maralyn.
The 3,000 square foot Victorian home sits on three acres with an acre of rolling lawns, a rustic barn built in the late 1800's, ample parking, detailed gardens and modern amenities to make any visit comfortable and memorable.As Grace has been a blessing in our lives, our hope is that this property is a source of joy to all who stay here - that memories are made, stories shared and families united in love and laughter.

The Grace Maralyn Estate & Gardens ghosted me. My wedding was in August 2021 and I went for a tour in November 2020 and loved it. Katherine sent me the contract and I returned it promptly. Months later, despite many calls, texts, and emails, she never completed the contract nor even bothered to respond. I gave up and found a new venue. Luckily I didn’t put any money down. Beware that communication was completely unreliable. If this was her way of letting me know the venue was no longer available, it was profoundly unprofessional.

EVERYONE was in awe of our wedding venue, including us! We extended our stay to 4 nights and had the best wedding experience ever! The estate is spacious and super cute. The ceremony site, dance floor, and reception lawn are stunning all times of day! Katherine is so down to earth and super responsive. I’ve already had guests ask for more information to stay there for their vow renewals and weddings! Highly recommend!!!!

When we toured the Grace Maralyn venue for the first time, we immediately knew it was where we were going to get married. Katherine and Josh were super helpful, answered all of our questions, and were easy to talk to. The price of the venue included so much that it was honestly an amazing deal. Everyone from our bridal party lives out of town so it was awesome that they had a place to stay during the entire weekend. It was also so nice being able to set up and have our rehearsal dinner at the venue so that we didn’t have to worry about finding a different venue and then bringing everything over

The Grace Maralyn was the absolute best place we could have picked for our wedding venue! From the start Josh was quick to schedule a tour with me and answer the endless amount of questions I seemed to have. All of the information provided upfront, including a preferred vendor list made planning our wedding from a different state extremely stress free! Once it became apparent our June wedding was not going to happen the way we envisioned because of covid, Katherine worked with us to make the very best of the situation. My husband and I felt like they cared about how covid was affecting us too.

I worked here as a caterer last summer, it was pretty, but it was extremely hot outside and we needed more shade. The material they made their bar top out of was scorching from the sun, and I burned my hands and wrist on it. The work space outside and kitchen space inside was not very user friendly and they both needed multiple improvements. Also the walkway to and near the bathroom was dangerous, especially in the dark.

We were very fortunate to get married at the Grace Maralyn Estate this past April. From the initial inquiry, to the the day of the wedding, Josh was nothing but a pleasure to work with. What made this venue stand out was the responsiveness whenever we had questions, the simplicity of the booking process, The amazing onsite coordinator (Molly), and the beauty of the space. The house was a perfect space for the weekend and was extremely convenient on the day of the wedding. The barn was the perfect backdrop for the evening and was the perfect space for partying.
