I’m blown away how prompt F & L Doors was. My garage door broke and I thought I’d have to buy 2 new doors to match each other, but the serviceman Mike came over so quickly, and was able to repair it within 20 minutes. He was very professional, polite, and thorough. He also saved me a lot of money! I highly recommend F & L Doors.

0 stars. No interest at all in trying to repair our less than 3 year old garage door spring that they installed that broke. Called, was told a tech would call, no one ever did, rinse and repeat. When a tech finally did come he told me he had no paperwork on it so couldn't fix anything - waste of time. The last time I called, over a week since it broke, they hung up on me after hearing my name. No sense of urgency at all and terrible customer service.

Wasted my time! Waited 3 weeks for them to come and repair my garage door. Repairman failed to contact me when going to my property. Service representative called me at work saying repairman was at the location, cause me to have to leave work without notice. 5 minutes later, I pulling into my driveway and repairman was nowhere to be found.
