Email a service request to Support to automatically create a service ticket. You will be notified of status updates to your request via email and/or from the Axxys Service Manager. Note: The After Hours Hotline will place you directly into the emergency mailbox notifying the on-call engineer. Upon receiving a call back after hours/weekend, billable rates will apply.
