I refinanced my auto loan with refijet and they were absolutely amazing. I worked with Susan Lopez who went above and beyond. She answered every question I had with a quick response she at no time made me feel like I was just a sell but she truly was helping me. They were absolutely the worst to work with. I'm so surprised that BMW finance send you to them when you want to purchase your car. I can't imagine any BMW owner that is used to great service would be happy with theirs. They know nothing about how the loan works - it's just a sale to them. We asked a few questions and what they told us was nothing that was written in the loan documents. We went to our local BMW dealer - and financed thru them - same cost and they were honest. Don't waste your time - we wasted ours.

Do not buy the AUL auto maintenance insurance. Refijet offers this to you when you refi with them. Pass on this insurance because there are a lot of items that AUL does not cover on your car and will deny your claims. They don't state in in their contract with you, but later you will find out your vehicle has a long list of items not covered. To me its' fraud.
And Refijet gets three stars by selling this insurance scam to their callers. I hold Refijet culpable in this fraud.
My salesman from Refijet was very nice, but the bitter taste of AUL insurance does not make up for it

Let me just start by saying the experience from start to finish was so amazing. Landon J. had called me and texted me during the whole process. He found me a GREAT DEAL where I am saving thousands of dollars. He explained everything to me thoroughly and was so professional and kind. I've been waiting for my credit to hit the next credit rating before refinancing. I found possible auto refi companies through lending tree, and was hesitant before applying through RefiJet. I ended up applying over the phone that same day.
I was first assessed by one person, who then transferred me over to Adam. Adam reconfirmed all the information, and pulled a soft credit report. He gave me different options for my lending as far as bank, terms, interest rates, etc...
Adam made the process easy and simple. He was very responsive via email and text. I want to say I got my car refinanced

My agent Baer Holden was very responsive and always easy to talk to over the phone, helped me refinance my car as quickly as possible and without any hassle. I was able to drop my rate by about 8% which given my credit rating at the time was good enough for me. Give my man Bear a raise he deserves it.

Joe Brand was extremely helpful in the process of refinancing my car for a lower interest rate and as the only signer. He was able to negotiate my interest rate from 9% to 5%, push out my first payment for 90 days, lower my payment by $180 and get me as the only signer. If I had questions, he had answers. Honestly, give this man a raise! He is phenomenal and a definite asset to the company.

I submitted an app to refinance my truck. They were responsive until they received my personal information then all of a sudden...crickets* I will say that the amount of spam and robot texts to my phone has increased though. I also have some fraud on my credit report (all of a sudden). I think this place is a scam

Do not recommend! They literally gave up on my refinance, I thought they were a company that helped people!
Let me first by saying in the beginning everything was great. Matt Hurtt was prompt about getting me all the paperwork I needed and sent to me.
Then thing's turned slow when I asked not to add GAP insurance or the protection plan.
It's been 3 week's of my husband and I trying to refinance Caleb, the manager reached out but I have not heard back from him, in fact I was the one who has had to call and ask for management to see how my refinancing was going!

I was called after I placed in inquiry about refinancing... i gave my info that was requested to Benny he told me I was approved for 5.5 apr and I should receive a call back within 24 hours.. I never was contacted back and anytime I call he doesn't call back. I called and finally got through to another agent who said he didn't see me approved for anything transferred me to benny and like usual no answer and no call back... I will be contacting my lawyer and your corporate office if I do not receive a call back and get this resolved.. I kept notes on everything and I feel I was lied
