Unfortunately I didn't even get to make an appointment with this office. Brenda at the front desk hung up on me after I told her I'd have to call back to make an appointment after finding out my husband's work schedule so he could watch our children. Then when I called back, she hung up on me again. So unprofessional. Thanks, but no thanks.

I want to thank Dr. Fraley for helping prepare me for a 10 hour drive back to Austin. After upsetting a herniated disk Skiing in Taos Saturday, it took me an hour to get out of bed, dressed and I was barely able to walk by Monday. Physically unable to even think about attempting the drive home, Dr Farley's staff was able to scheduled me an appointment that day. After 3 consecutive treatments I am 75% better and ready to make the drive home. This is the worse my disk has flared up and the quickest I have recovered. Thank you to Dr. Freley and his staff for helping me get home.
