Roof leaks like crazy. Been this way for several years. Looks nice but many, many rules. Laundry not maintained. Must be cleaned by Tenant. Added what must be done & cost prior to getting deposit back & charges incurred. Mind you this is an elderly, handicapped, disabled bldg. Most also have chronic illnesses.
