The Le Sueur Nursery School nicknamed " The Little Red Schoolhouse" has been proudly serving children and their families for more than seventy years. Our facility, including a fenced in playground, is located at 812 South 6th Street in Le Sueur is specially designed for Early Childhood. We have a tradition of excellence, Our school has always been education driven with emphasis on academic and social preparation for kindergarten.
We adhere to the Health and Safety Guidelines established by the State of Minnesota. School History: The Le Sueur Nursery School began in 1948 in a church basement. In 1952 the school moved into a new facility with an accompanying grant provided by the David and Arthur Cosgrove Memorial Foundation.

Services
Le Sueur Nursery School is licensed by the Minnesota Department of Human Services. We adhere to standards adopted to protect the health, safety, rights and well-being of children. Academic and Social Preparation for kindergarten has been the focus of Le Sueur Nursery School's long tradition of excellence.
We have thoroughly enjoyed being part of the LSNS family! Both my son and daughter have attended preschool and have had wonderful experiences at the "Little Red Schoolhouse." The staff provides a safe and nurturing environment for the students while providing quality age-appropriate instruction. The opportunities and experiences that the Nursery School provide ensure that children are both socially and academically prepared for Kindergarten.
