Services
One Solution Home Care was founded in 2012 by Dawn Douglas. Dawn uses her passion and experience to provide professional and compassionate home care services. She has worked in the health care field for over 30 years and is experienced in the nutritional, physical, and memory care needs of the elderly.
Each potential employee is required to undergo a thorough screening during our intricate hiring process. Our screening process includes a CORI/BCI background check and fingerprinting; work history is evaluated and then verified through a number of registries. We then run driving records to ensure our clients are also safe and secure while being transported by vehicle.
In need of CNAs throughout Rhode Island. Easy and light duty, a lot of downtime. Must have at least 1 year of experience as a CNA, must be current on all immunizations, be able to pass a background check/fingerprints at attorney general's office, and have reliable transportation. We have multiple openings throughout Providence, East Bay, West Bay, and Northern RI.

I have been a CNA caregiver with One Solution Homecare for several years now. I choose to work in homecare after my own father was ill, and I learned of the need for Good caregivers. One Solution Homecare provides great services for the clients and their families. They stay on top of all their clients needs. This is a very important aspect of our field. Families can trust that their loved ones are getting good and caring care and support. I would recommend them even if I didn’t work for them. They truly are a step up from other companies. Janet A
