I would highly recommend you use Zen for your tech needs. This is the type of company everyone wants to have access to, in case they're needed: prompt, courteous, reliable and fair (the hourly rate is quite reasonable). Jack arrived within 15 minutes of me calling. Came at the end of the day on a Friday and stayed until he had everything taken care of - which was a lot because I don't know what I'm doing with computers.

Jack Hunter is a great computer consultant. He also possesses a great sense of humor, and his hourly rate of $80 per, is well worth the price. If you don't engage him too much verbally, he will perform your computer issues remotely, or when the Covid-19 allows him to resume house calls, with alacrity.. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Arch Glenn

Jack is a highly qualified, personable, and thorough gentleman. The precautions he took (during quarantine) when picking up and repairing my laptop were top notch and made me feel safe and respected. He fixed up my 6 year old tired and worn Lenovo Yoga into tip-top shape. I am a repeat customer of his and will be referring anyone I know that needs some laptop work to him.

I am going through a divorce and have been dealing with many things I need to do, then my computer started freaking out on me - the last thing I needed to go wrong! I called Zen and spoke with the owner, Jack. I told him my situation and he scheduled me for an appointment the very next morning to diagnose my computer problem. Turns out my computer could not be saved, but Jack assisted me in selecting a new laptop. There was no profit for him when I bought the laptop, but he helped me anyway. We originally had this companies service tech (Jack) begin working on our computer and security DVR hard drive issues on 1/27/2020. After two visits and $341.00 in costs we have not heard back from Jack concerning issues we have had since. Emailed on 2/19 without reply. Called 3/10, and Jack answered stating he would email step by step for me to follow and needed my email address. I forwarded it to him, and still no reply.

Zen Computer Repair is the best! I've had computer people in the past who seemed to lack knowledge and could not fix serious problems. Zen Computer Repair is the real thing. They know how to diagnose and fix problems with speed and friendliness. I had memory added to one computer and one monitor replaced. Furthermore, Jack told us that our electrical outlets were not grounded. We hired an electrician the next day and Jack was absolutely right about our home's power.
To return to the computer--I am so happy with all that Jack did and accomplished. He knows how to zero in on problems and fix them

Within just a few minutes of me posting my need for someone to help get my home theater & surround system working properly, Jack called. He was polite and direct, and told me he could get to me that same afternoon. I'd been having issues with my system since it was installed by those (in)famous Geeks nearly two years ago -- and despite having them come back several times, they were never able to get it to work properly. So, I gave up, even though I'd spent a considerable amount of money for that upgrade. Very frustrating.
