I have used Cool Air a few times over the years for general services and they have always been on time, professional and very knowledgeable. Just had my AC serviced by Justin and he spent additional time going over what he did and how to keep things running smoothly in the future. I would recommend!

Last year we got a new AC unit installed in our restaurant by cool air as they recommended since previous unit was old and system
Was not big enough to cool down the restaurant. Since then we are having issues with the place being too hot.
They keep coming back to try to fix it but it still does not get any cooler each time they tell me system is working fine but why is it so hot here???
Kitchen is upset, front of the house is upset?? Why should I have to keep paying if you can not cool the place down?

My AC stopped cooling on a 113 Heat Index day. Since I am new to the area, I was not sure who to call. A quick email to a local family member directed me to Cool Air. I called not expecting to have someone come out that day, so I was surprised when Patricia told me someone would be out that afternoon. In about an hour Justin showed up at my door and quickly assessed the situation and id the capacitor as the culprit. It took about 15 minutes. Justin is amicable and polite and all around nice guy. His Boston accent is a plus!

As the powers that be have it, our AC had stopped working right as it was getting hotter than the Sierra on its hottest day! Called this company, as they were recommended to me through a friend of a friend, and it was probably the easiest and shortest phone call I could have possibly made! Long story short, one of their employees came out as scheduled and quickly fixed the issue. He was polite, quick, and most of all not sketchy (I say this bc my wife and two little ones were home by themselves when they fixed it and it's always a relief when a presentable person comes into your home).
