My wife recently ordered flowers for her mother’s birthday. The flowers were delivered to the wrong location and my mother in law had to pick them up the next day. The worst part about this is not the fact that they were delivered to the wrong location. The worst part is the completely unapologetic attitude of the representative that I spoke with. Instead of acknowledging the fact that the flowers were delivered to the wrong location. The rep instead blamed the security guard and even had the audacity to say “it doesn’t matter when she gets the flowers, as long as they are from her”. What

I placed an order with this company on July 15th. The order was for a bouquet and two birthday balloons to be delivered to a nursing home. The grand total being $86.91. The photo on the left is what I ordered, and the photo on the right is what was delivered. The arrangement we received was small, and not nearly as full as the display. Disappointed is an understatment. Not to mention the $12 balloons I ordered were not even delievered. What we received is NOT what I paid for. I will not be ordering from Otto and Urban again.

Today is my grandmas birthday and I called the flower shop to see if they was delivering. He was happy to tell me was open they are delivering. My grandma just sent me a photo of her flowers said they was beautiful she loved them and sent me a picture. I'm very happy with the flowers they are absolutely beautiful!! I'll definitely be going back thank you so much.

Feb 2019 - My mom's birthday was this month. I rang Otto and Urban and they pulled off a stunning bouquet. What was amazing is that I called day of and they were still able to arrange and deliver these stunning flowers. I mean just look at the photo (Feb 9th photo), the photo speaks for itself. My parents were surprised and happy to see this arrive at their doorstep. Thanks a million Otto and Urban Fremont!!

Beyond happy with the flowers for my wedding! I met with Lynn and gave a general idea of what I was looking for and she completely understood and blew me away. The shop was always helpful and easy to work with. They planted the centerpieces into our pots for us and Lynn delivered and set-up everything she brought on the day of our wedding, which is a huge help. The flowers really made our day complete and our photos are beautiful because of them. Thank you Otto & Urban!
