Hello, my name is Amanda Moon, and I am honored to provide you with more information about me and Amanda Moon Massage Therapy. I have been in business locally for over 20 years, and I can proudly say that my massage therapy services have helped numerous clients during this time.

Since graduating from Utah's College of Massage Therapy, I have graduated with a BS degree in Dietetics from Idaho State University and hold a Board License as a Dietitian in the State of Idaho.I am also certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a NASM certified personal trainer.
I have over two decades of experience and specialize in pain relief. Life is full of stress. This stress can cause tension in your body, making "knots" in your muscles. I customize every massage combining the proper pressure with the correct technique to relieve pain and alleviate stress and its harmful effects.
As a dietitian, I think outside of the box. If you have tried the traditional recommendations of low calorie, low-fat approach and have struggled to lose your weight or more commonly struggled to maintain your weight loss, then maybe it's time to try a new approach and think outside the box. I'm here to help you along the way to teach you the body's mechanisms for burning fat and the effects of food on these mechanisms.

Physical and emotional trauma can get stored in the muscle tissues and cause energy blocks. While massage itself helps the flow of energy, more specific Energy techniques can be used to target specific blocks and easily remove them.
