Classic American Homes is among El Paso's leading home builders. Since 1988 "Classic" has built over 9,000 new homes in El Paso. Our floor plans are available in a wide range of sizes, features and price ranges to meet the needs of most any buyer. When Classic's founders started building homes over 30 years ago, they didn't want to be one of the biggest, just one of the best.
Finding your dream home will be easy with Classic's large selection of house plans. When visiting a Classic American home, or one of our models, a real-estate agent will help you decide on the right El Paso new home for you. Once you have made that decision, a contract will be presented to Classic for our acceptance.
All warranty requests must include the homeowner's name, address, telephone number, and a description of the problem. A Customer Care Representative will contact you upon receipt of your request. If you have an after hours emergency, you may call in your Emergency Warranty Request to our office and leave a message or, you may submit your request online here.

We are so happy we chose Classic American Homes to build our first home! Our home is a dream come true for us. The staff and everyone involved were so friendly and attentive. Despite all that challenges the pandemic brought, Classic still did all they could to make sure any questions we had were answered and the house was going as scheduled. We can’t thank you enough!

Despite all of the delays (totally out of their hands *Shortages on everything and labor!!!*) this building process, while stressful with worry was one of the best experiences. They kept me in the loop. They helped me when I had blips in my application. And the company held my hand every step of the way. The president himself gave me my very thorough walk through. What kind of service is THAT!!!

We just purchased our home in December of 2020. During our build, we would go to the home each week, and anything we found that looked wrong or missing, we would bring this up and were always told that it would be fixed. During our closing process, we were misled on inspections, and given the run-around on items we saw needing to be fixed towards the end. During our walk-through, we pointed out everything we saw, and to this day some of the items have yet to be fixed. We had living room tile that was broken during the install, and their fix was to put grout in the hole. Which this was mentioned
