I was referred to The Plastic Surgery Institute of Miami by my dermatologist when I wanted to have an old scar revised. Dr Ghersi was very professional and made me feel comfortable. The rest of the staff was very nice too. Dr Ghersi did an excellent job and my scar is healing beautifully. I also had to have another procedure after a mole removal and I went back to Dr Ghersi because I knew my stitches would look great. Thank you!

Dr Ghersi came at a time in my life where i was very unhappy with the overall look of my face. I ate healthy, exercised and moisturized. I am 55 years old and i decided that i was going to need a facelift if i wanted my face to keep up with my body. My neck was beginning to sag and i look tired all the time even though i was running everyday! I would never regret this procedure despite the cost and uncomfortable nature of the recovery. I had a facelift in conjunction with a necklift for the full lifting look. MOST People couldnt tell i had surgery but only noticed i looked more awake and much much

I originally had saline implants when I was 19 years old, after bodybuilding I notice my implants had completely shifted and looked flattened out. After seeing around 7 doctors (yes, 7!) once meeting with Dr. Altman I knew right away he was the one that was going to do my surgery. We decided on 700cc Silicone and also needed to do a Bilateral Capsulotomy to make my breasts centered again. The procedure lasted a little over 2 hours and when I woke up I was in literally no pain! I was up and walking around the same day and on a scale of 1-10 my pain was no more than a 5 the entire recovery period

Dr. Altman was the very best! I am so so so happy with the results of my breast augmentation. They look so natural and feel amazing. The recovery was a breeze compared to what I've heard about other plastic surgeons. His staff is absolutely incredible and so friendly! I highly recommend Dr. Altman as he is probably one of the best plastic surgeons Miami has to offer.

One month ago dr ghersi performed a rhinoplasty on me. I flew from Europe specifically to visit the clinic. I had heard from others about long recovery periods, but in 2 days i was perfect. They picked me up from airport and accommodated me in a beautiful hotel. The service was excellent and Dr. Ghersi and his team are amazing, definitely a 5 star service. Also, the recovery room is extremely comfortable, i couldn't be more pleased with my experience.
