I went in the other day to order a basket plant arrangement. I talked to David he gave me great information after they did not have anything like the picture I had. He was very helpful telling me to try to contact the person in Arizona at a local flower shop. This is the best kind of business the ones that help you! I will always use Lorena's flowers if I have something local to send.

Purchased an arrangement with Flowers by Lorena to be delivered at my wife's job for her birthday. She works until 1:00pm and paid extra to be delivered by 12:00pm but they said they will try for 11:00am. She left work and never received the flowers. I called and they said flowers will be delivered to my residence which was closer than her job. Flowers weren't delivered until after business hours. TERRIBLE SERVICE..ruined Birthday surprise. I would not purchase anything from Flowers by Lorena !!!

Placed an order through 1-800-flowers and paid an extra fee for it to be delivered within a specific time frame on a specific date. They failed to deliver on the date requested, and told the website that it was delivered the next day when it was not. I had to request an additional order through the website. Do not support this business.

I placed an order online for flowers to be delivered on a Sunday and only after asking the recipient on the following Tuesday, I found out she had not received anything at all. I had called Monday, left a message and did not receive a call back. Tuesday I called in the morning a few times, left a message again and did not receive a call back. Finally Tuesday afternoon I called and someone answered. To my disappointment, the excuse was "we are closed on Sunday." Well, if your closed on Sunday, why does your website allow for delivery on Sunday? Simply shut off that option as it clearly

I have been using this flower shop for more than 10 years. I ordered flowers today for my wife with instructions to call me so that I could have her meet them at the door because our doorbell at the moment is inoperable. They never called me and they left them on the front porch in the Sun in 95-degree weather. The arrangement was thrown together and the quality of the flowers were substandard. When I called the flower shop back to discuss my concerns, I was told there were no deliveries instructions, mind you I'm speaking to the person who took my order, who asked me for my contact information

It pains me to have to take time on Valentine's Day to write a bad review but after reading so many others had similar or worse experiences with this place, I felt the need to do it.
And honestly, I wish my boyfriend had read the reviews before he got them because he was so disappointed.
He ordered the following (copied directly from their website): "capturing the romantic moment are pink and red roses, complemented by pink alstroemeria".
Pay attention to the part that says PINK and RED ROSES COMPLEMENTED BY PINK ALSTROEMERIA.
Unless him and I are colorblind and illiterate,

I ordered a bouquet from their website on Oct 7 to be delivered to a friend for her birthday on Oct 31. I thought it was weird that I didn't receive an email confirmation after placing the order. So I dm'd them on Instagram and waited for their response. I hoped they would respond quickly because they had just made a post on Instagram.
On Oct 8, I read yelp reviews about this florist and was starting to get worried after seeing all the bad reviews. I still hadn't received a response on Instagram. Luckily, I wrote down my order number because I didn't get a confirmation email

My husband buys me flowers every week from Sam's club for my office. My daughter started a new job in Chino on Wednesday 1/8/20. So I decided to send her flowers. When she brought them home on Friday 1/10/20 I was extremely disappointed they look over a week old. Not fresh at all. A lot of the flowers were already wilting.
Here's a picture of the flowers from Lorena at the left and flowers from Sam's club purchased on Sunday 1/5/20 they still look beautiful!!!! Flowers from Lorenas were over $60 and Sam's club were 13.99. Needless to say I will not be ordering from Lorenas

It seems like the bad reviews are for deliveries or online purchases. I walked in to this flower shop and was out with 18 red roses in less than 10 minutes. The process was so easy and hassle free that I was surprised by the negative reviews. I will say their inventory is low and there aren't many bouquets on display, but luckily for me they had the 18 roses for $70. They're so beautiful. What a steal!

My boyfriend ordered from 1-800-Flowers in Valentines and they chose this shop. NOT only did my flowers not make it to me on Valentines, they came two days later on the 16th and all half dead!
1800-flowers asked for a redelivery but they refused saying they already sent the flowers. The hell? No wonder this place has 2 stars! Bad business.
Do not come here or order from here.
