We opened our doors in the northern Syracuse suburb of Liverpool, NY in 2001 with a simple goal to help patients.
Dr. Pirro-Lombardi was born and raised in Syracuse, NY where she first gained experience in helping others working in a multi-generational, service oriented family business. This experience taught her from an early age the importance of a strong work ethic as well as how to work with others to provide superior customer service during difficult and stressful situations.

I had injured my lower back about 8 weeks ago and have been really suffering hoping this would heal by now. Based on recommendations from my friends , I visited Dr Brooke last week at Meridian Chiropractic care and had a great first visit. I felt immediate relief which I had not felt since my injury. I am so encouraged and look forward to continued progress with upcoming visits with this incredible office!

It's rare to find a place with so many wonderful people inside. Dr. Clair, Dr. Brooke, and all the other staff have been a blessing. I've been to other practices before, but will never go anywhere else. They get to know you as a person and not just a patient. They are attentive to your needs, and go above and beyond making sure you leave in a better place than you came in.

Meridian Chiropractor is great for Moms to be! In my first trimester, I had the worst sciatic nerve pain that it made it difficult to walk. Thanks to Dr. P., I’m thriving in my third trimester with no pain and increased mobility! She was and continues to be a lifesaver in giving me tips to try at home and keeping my alignment in check so that I can continue to take care of myself, which is best for baby! Thanks Dr. P!

Claire is awesome!!! When I first went to her I was having severe neck pains, so much so it’s was leading to frequent severe headaches. She took one look at my X-rays and immediately identified the problem and began to treat it. After that the neck pain and headaches started to become less frequent and finally went away all together. I still go back for some realignment. Claire is a credit to her profession and I would recommend her to anyone.

I had loose hips and a pinched nerve in my back while carrying my second child. I was days away from asking my doctor to put me on bedrest when I visited Dr. Claire. I was extremely hesitant to try chiropractic care while pregnant but it was the absolutely best solotuion. I not only was able to work all day as a teacher until 39 weeks pregnant, but I also had an all natural VBAC with no complications. If you’re looking for prenatal chiropractic care, I would HIGHLY recommend visiting Dr. Claire!
