Bob at Oregon Sign Placement showed up a day early to pick up the post, and took my sign hanger too. Didn't call me to ask what I wanted done with it, just took it. Subsequently, I called him repeatedly, and when he finally returned my call 5 days later, he refused any arrangements to return my sign, other than for me to pick it up in Boring, Oregon (I live in Vancouver). He was nasty, abusive and rude, and hasn't a clue about customer service. Today he returned my sign to the previous listing (12 miles up Washougal River Road) and left it upside down in front of the sold property. If you're are

I have been in Real Estate for about five years now, and I have sold homes in the Portland area, but specialize in the areas of Sandy, Estacada, Happy Valley and I have used Oregon Sign Placement for posting my signs. So we all know you cant fix that bad review you get that comes a long even though we did everything for that company. long story short they wanted us to go to one our competitors to pick up their Perma flyers for free. I sure wish we could have had a better outcome. We are not in business to do their job for them for free, that's what happened and why the unfortunate parting of ways after servicing them for over 12 years with nothing but the highest praises from them until that happened very unfortunate. If half a star was an option, I would choose that. I have worked with this company through 3 separate real estate teams and have had a bad experience every single time. Customer service is really lacking along with timeliness and communication. Brit is by far the best thing about the company, but Bob is not pleasant at all. Most recently we had made the decision to switch sign companies because of lack of communication and turn around to getting signs up and down were very slow. We asked that our signs be brought back to our office, which took several weeks for them to respond to and do. As we
