Dr. Irene R. Namsa graduated Cum Laude from the highly distinguished Palmer College of Chiropractic West. She was awarded Clinical Excellence by the college. She makes her patients feel comfortable in her capable hands making their chiropractic experience pleasant. She has been in the health industry since 2000.
When you need a chiropractor in San Jose, you can count on CARE Chiropractic for a full examination and results in relieving pain and improving your health. We provide the highest quality family chiropractic care available in a patient-centered office. The goal of chiropractic care is to get the entire body to function at its full potential.
We kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment of any changes or cancellation. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. If prior notification is not given, you will be charged $35.00 for the missed appointment. We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency.

Dr Irene Namsa is a magician. I've never been to a chiropractor and I was eager to get some preventive help with my tight shoulders, neck and lower back. She was efficient and thorough, explaining what adjustments she was doing before doing them ...I found that very reassuring. She's been practicing for almost 10 years, and it shows! I was so relaxed after my first session. She demonstrated exercises I could do at home to relieve the tension. Dr. Irene is incredible! She is very knowledgeable and thorough. I've been seeing her for a few years now, and she genuinely cares about her patients health and healing. I love how she always "cracks" me up and I constantly feel immediate relief after every adjustment.
Without hesitation, Dr. Irene squeezed me in her busy schedule this past weekend two days in a row, due to having lower back pain for a week and a half! Two adjustments later, I barely feel any pain. She is undoubtedly a spine whisperer!

This review is long overdue. I have been seeing Dr. Irene since she first opened her office years ago. I was one of her first customers! She is by far the BEST chiropractor I have ever been treated by.
I've been a police officer for 19 years now and wearing the belt, vest, and boots takes a toll on ones back. I've been to other chiropractors but the treatments were mediocre at best. When I started seeing Dr. Irene, the pain and discomfort gradually went away! More importantly the pain is relieved for months.
Dr. Irene is very engaging, asking questions and very methodical when treating

I was recently in a car accident and have been having back pain. I wanted to make sure everything was ok so I called a few chiropractors in the area and luckily CARE was able to see me the next day. I was seen and their exam was very thorough-which I greatly appreciate. They made sure to understand what had happened, what was bothering me, and how to solve this both in clinic and what I can do at home. I've only had 1 session so far but will continue my treatments and hopefully get back to normal.

Its been almost two years since I've been going to Care Chiropractic and I would recommend them to anyone. They are the best at what they do!

I don’t usually write a negative but when your time slot is canceled 30 min to your planned time then now I have all this time to write something. Upset I had a scheduled time set on he website. It allowed me to pick a time slot which I selected for 1 hr.
I get a call as I’m pulling into the location to tell me
That they don’t have enough time to see me even though i booked ahead of time and the website allowed me to select this time and date.
If it’s not available then don’t let me select that time and date. The website mentions to allow 40 a 60 min for New patients which I was early

As many unsuccessful attempts to find a good chiropractor near my work or home (Fremont/Dublin), a colleague recommended Dr.Irene in San Jose. Although it was a bit of a drive, I was desperate for someone who could help me with the shoulder pain I was experiencing from working at a desk all day. Most recently, I went in for TMJ treatment when my jaw was knocked out of place. The results were immediate and I've been pain free every since. Don't waste your time trying out other chirps like I did, just go straight to Dr. Irene for your ailments.

So i came to this place in january before my injury. Dr Namsa and Dr Neera is the best for real. She splits her clients with Dr Neera for the time being before she goes out on maternity leave. Jan 26 i injured my back in the gym while doing deadlifts. These two kept me walking thats for sure. My wife doesnt like the traditional way of adjusting and they were able to accomodate her. Check them out!!

Wow wow wow. Why did I wait so long to go see Irene?! I have more than 6 years of built up muscle tension from practicing dental hygiene and finally it has caught up with me.
Irene is so sweet, professional, analytical, and confident in what she does so I felt comfortable being at a chiropractor's for the first time. Not to mention that she is a dental hygienist herself so she is especially aware of how to target problem areas and gives great tips on ergonomics.
Prior to seeing Irene I couldn't tell you the last time I went through the day without some kind of muscle pain or tension.

Dr Irene is not just a great chiropractor, but also a great person. She comes from a medical background previously and it helps her understand and treat her patients with a higher level of quality and care.
She has been my chiropractor for about a year and I can confidently say that she is one of the great up-and-coming chiropractors in the bay area! She hasn't been in the profession for decades, but her knowledge and understanding would make you think she has!

I've never been big with seeing Chiropractic help over the years even though I knew it was something needed. Dr. Irene came highly recommended through one of my business channels and I must admit her approach to truly helping clients is more than 5 star. The attention to detail and as her company states "care" is one of a kind. Not only would I highly recommend Dr. Irene, my wife now is a client along with my 4 month old son that I would never imagine having anyone do adjustments for him at this age. Irene is true to what she do and what she believe. She want the best for her patient and will honestly gave her opinions and advise. She is knowledgable and passion with what she do. She's one of the most genuine doctor who put her patient first.
I started seeing Irene a couple of months ago, when I threw out my lower back. Just after one adjustment, I felt better. Ever since, I would schedule a monthly visit for adjustment. I also bring in my daughter who is 2 years old for an adjustment. My daughter loves Irene. I highly recommend CARE Chiropractic.

Irene is a genuine and caring person who I have been seeing for chiropractic care for months. She is very knowledgeable about the body in general, and you can tell she has a passion for what she does. I had back pain and arm pain, and after a few visits she figured out the problem, alleviated my pain tremendously, and has been keeping me aligned ever since. I would recommend her to anyone I know who is interested in seeing a chiropractor, whatever the reason. She is amazing!

Dr. Irene Namsa treated me for tendonitis in my wrist. Over the course of a few months, she provided excellent treatment and went above and beyond your average chiropractor in terms of knowledge, bedside manners, and sincerity. She showed genuine interest and care, making each session comfortable and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Dr. Namsa not only for her expertise in the field, but also for what a wonderful and caring person she has proven to be.
