Services
The Jackson Parish Hospital Emergency Room has evolved over the years into a full-service Emergency Department. Our staff of physicians and nurses are qualified and prepared to handle you and your loved ones emergency. A Registered Nurse, trained in triage, will assess you upon your arrival and evaluate your chief complaint and vital signs.
The Radiology Department at Jackson Parish Hospital provides an array of medical imaging technologies close to home, so our patients get quality care without leaving our community. We use the most advanced radiology and diagnostic technologies available. The Imaging staff at Jackson Parish Hospital are all Louisiana Licensed Technologists and registered with the ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists).
The Louisiana EPSDT is the child health component of Medicaid. It is required in every state and is designed to improve the health of children. EPSDT is designed to address physical, mental, and developmental health needs at wellness screenings. Screening services to detect physical, mental and developmental conditions are recommended at periodic intervals.
Jackson Parish Hospital Laboratory offers the convenience of a full-service, local, state-of- the- art laboratory on-site. We are proud to offer our services with a fully staffed, State Licensed, Registered Medical Technology Team. The Jackson Parish Hospital Laboratory maintains National Accreditation through CLIA and COLA.

I am beyond grateful to Dr. Mariano and his
amazing staff. Not only are they taking care
of my father but making sure that my mother
who comes to visit everyday is taken care of
as well. All of the nurses, doctors,
therapists, and aides are incredibly
knowledgeable but also genuinely caring and
compassionate. Even the chef takes the
time to come up and personally check on
patients and take meal requests. They take
their time with the patients and treat them
like family. I just can't say enough good
things about these amazing professionals.

My 5 day stay at JPH was unexpected but it was worth it. Everyone was very professional from the ER to the 100 hall. Doctors, Nurses, Aides, Admissions Clerk(Shannon Lewis) Housekeeping, Kitchen staff(especially the cooks, the food was wonderful)😋 I would like to thank each and every one of you for taking special care of this ol gal. THANK Y’ALL!!!!

I went in with chest pains and they treated for dehydration after taking xrays for sinus infection. And dr told me to go see another dr for the chest pains. One time b4 i went for kidney stone and i was over charged from weird drs and scams when i got a bill from a gynecologist. They said that any dr would just walk by and sign my chart so i would get a bill from that dr. What a scam
