During a wind storm your sign blew onto my car causing $1 300 worth of damage. I submitted a claim to my insurancewho covered the cost of the damage to my car however I was left with a $500 deductible. After several phone calls I was led to believe that the company would submit this cost to their insurance and I would be reimbursed for my out of pocket expense. This has not been the case. After two emails which went unanswered, I again called the company who outright told me it wasn't their problem. If I could rate you lower than one star I would.
