That's why at Lenexa Spine Center our aim is to remove any stressor causing unnessesary tension and to make you feel comfortable.
Chiropractic care is like building a house - certain things have to happen in a particular order in order for everything to stand strong and work correctly. When building a house, if you tried to put up your walls before you had a solid foundation, your walls would be weak and eventually collapse. If you tried to put on your roof before the walls were ready, you would run into the same problem.

We first connected with Dr. Spiess after my wife was rear-ended and suffering from whiplash and neck pain. After that treatment we both starting attending as I suffer from a bad lower back due to a blown disc in 2007. Dr. Spiess listens, gives great care and advice, and Wendy is amazing at the front of house too. Highly recommended!

Due to major back surgery resulting in a fused lower spine in 2000, I was afraid to see a DO even though my pain was often unbearable. I met Dr Spiess about 13 years ago. His ability to adjust and his knowledge of the healing process has been amazing. Due to my neuropathy, I doubt that I would be able walk except for his knowledge and treatments.
Dr Spiess is a man of integrity and deserving of utmost confidence from his patients. His receptionist, Wendy, is exceptional.

Dr. Spiess is the best. I had a sciatic nerve issue for over a year (that got progressively worse in time) and had tried everything short of back surgery (general chiropractic and even injections) prior to seeking the services of Dr. Spiess. His treatment had an immediate positive effect and has virtually completely eliminated the sciatica after just 4 weeks. He's not the "usual" chiropractor in any sense of the term and I fully recommend his services without hesitation.
