Soft & Strong Taekwondo welcomes you to your martial arts journey. After graduating from the University in Seoul Korea as Taekwondo master, I created Soft and Strong Taekwondo with these main objectives in mind: To teach martial arts to help balance this modern and competitive life. Kids learn how to play with friends, learn manners and respect towards the elderly and parents.
We have several programs available for each individual to choose from. There's one for kids, teens, adults, and for the whole family. Kids as young as 4 years old can take our "Little Angels" class where they take their first steps to achieving harmony with pure minds. Our program for 7 to 12 years olds simply called "Taekwondo for Kids" is perfect for learning how to improve confidence and communication skills.

I've been taking my 5yr old daughter to Master Park's Soft & Strong Taekwondo since the beginning of 2020. Everything from the name and mantra to the diligent instruction by Master Park I find to be incredibly vital to my daughter's confidence and humilty. Going to class is a highlight of the week as I can see my daughter's confidence grow with each, "AYYYAAAHH!"

Our family loves going to Soft and Strong Taekwondo. Master Park is an excellent teacher and we are learning so much! For me personally is a great stress relieve, it is helping me to focus more at work, and sleep better (I'm 50 years old). For my wife is a buster on self-confidence and keeping fit as well, and for our son, is great too. He made new friends, learning a new life-skill, confidence, respect and many more good things. I recommend Master Park! You should bring your family here as well and enjoy the classes like we do.
