I went online to apply at River City Staffing. The website wanted candidates to upload their resume. I called River City Staffing to find out if they were looking for a resume that they would use to screen me, or if they were looking for a resume that could be forwarded to employers. I applied to a job via Indeed. I was contacted by River City Staffing and asked to come into their offices. I was told I would receive a confirmation e- mail with the address and appointment time. I never received the e-mail confirmation. I looked up their address online. I went to the appointment and was given a stack of paper work to fill out including a W2. We had not discussed the job details yet. I didn't even know what company the job was for. I told the woman I would be happy to fill out such paper work after I knew more about the job such as the pay scale. I don’t make a habit of writing

Definitely not great but not bad either. They found me employment and in turn, I got on-boarded with the company. The only thing I do not like is the management at River City Staffing. For example, a recruiter on RCS was not clear cut with the pay and compensation about the company interested in me. The company that on-boarded me had a long phone conversation with her about everything that transpired. They could be better for sure.
