Leroy and his team did an amazing job with our flooring and wall repair. We had water damage in our drywall and flooring, so we needed some drywall repaired and new flooring installed. Leroy was very communicative in terms of when he would be able to start the job and they worked so quickly. We had three pretty large rooms completely redone, flooring, painting, floorboards, in a matter of days. He was also very transparent with pricing and made things look to the standard that he would want if it was in his own house. Leroy from Precise Remodeling was did an absolutely amazing job on our ceilings! After removing the popcorn (acoustic) from our ceilings, we found that the refinishing work was beyond our skill capacity. After calling around for quotes, Leroy came and looked at the job the same day and provided us an extremely reasonable quote the same day. The whole house took three weeks total (4-5 hours, 3 or 4 days each week), accounting for the fact that we did everything in stages and he had to add two or three layers of mud to the ceilings to finish them off. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Leroy! He takes pride in EVERYTHING that he does, and IT SHOWS!!
