Our resources through Buildertrend make the timeline more transparent as you can watch the building progress of your home in real-time. This obviously depends on the vision of your home, but a good rule of thumb is averaging the price per square foot.

CNC Homes gave us the best homebuilding experience of the 9 homes we have built over the years. Service and quality are top priorities for them as they move you through the process of design, build and completion. Fortunately, it doesn't end at the home completion. The service and follow up after completion has been the best I have ever experienced. Hiring CNC Homes will be a great homebuilding experience!

Conone and his team were incredible to work with! They are both very professional while still being extremely down-to-earth and a pleasure to have around while they were working on our remodel. Conone and Candice have great communication skills and were always ready and willing to help when we had questions. The finished product came in on budget and is just what we were hoping for! We really can’t recommend CNC Homes highly enough!!
