The Disabled American Veterans (DAV) and the VA have had a long standing relationship with each other in order to transport our veterans who need rides to and from their medical appointments at the VA hospitals. For more than 30 years, we have heavily relied on volunteers to give their time and energy to the veterans in need; and fortunately--this year we had the opportunity to look for a separate solution--to look for a partner to expand our services outside the volunteer realm

ButterFli partnered with The People Concern in 2019 to service our residents living in DTLA Affordable Housing and I can't say how much they made a positive impact in our community. Krishna responded with quick and clear coordination to streamline the registration for our group and Daniel provided excellent customer service to our participants.

So I reached out to ButterFLi to help with transportation while attending meetings in downtown LA ... I called with a lot of questions regarding the services available and they were very helpful and made me comfortable in not only using the services myself but I certainly would refer anyone traveling within the city to use them ... they economical, friendly and provide a great service with nice vehicles .

In December my play brother began three times a week dialisis treatments. We look for an alternative to missing work and discovered ButterFLI, they provide on demand transit for folks like my friend, who need reliable transit to medical appointments. Their operator was courteous and knowledgeable, the driver came to his door and was prepared to assist with bags or devices had he needed it. Fantastic service! I am so glad we connected with ButterFLi. They make booking super easy and have different levels of service/care, based on the passenger's needs. We currently use ButterFLi for all of our client transportation for our non-profit organization, as they provide a better level of service (and insurance coverage!) than companies like uber, and are able to accommodate all of our needs.

I contacted this company to transport my aunt to her doctor's appointment. The service was great, on-time, drivers are screened prior to being hired. This was one of my major concerns with transporting her via Uber. They even called to let me know that she left her hat inside the vehicle. This was amazing, not only did I not have to leave work but i wasn't stressed about my aunt's safety during travel. This service was excellent and they catered to her special needs as an elderly woman.

I was in a bind and needed gurney transportation to get my family member from Las Vegas to Los Angeles. Krishna and Justine were able to schedule his ride and safely got him to Los Angeles in the time expected. He commented on how comfortable the staff made him during the trip. I used this service a few weeks ago for my father who is in a wheelchair at a nursing facility and they arrived promptly. The driver was very professional loading my father into the van. My only complaint going was the van was old and made loud metal clanking noise, but the return trip was a new van and was nice & quiet. I've scheduled this company again to transport us next week.

I did not personally use the transportation, I helped schedule the pick up and drop off of the speaker for a school presentation.
When I called Butterfli, Michel and Krishna were very helpful in setting it all up. They made the process very smooth and our guest was very happy with the service. They really went above and beyond to make sure our guest and us were happy with the service.
Highly recommend them. If we ever need medical transportation again, we'll definitely use Butterfli.
