Distress for whom it may concern I am being generous with 0 star, friend of my is here and is NOT getting good care. I wouldn't even classify as a rehab facility, the rehab is almost nonexistent. They advertise gourmet food? I get better at the foodbank or even in jail! Tiny rooms and cram 2 people in, no rails on beds, very disheartening and sad to see people try to get better in this kind of environment! not food and, 2 weeks my friend she doesn't take a shower . very poor food for humans . very very cold every where . no call response around 3 hours lite . No fascial thereby at all . very poor

If I could give this place a zero, I would. Absolutely horrible services. They do not care about their residents. I hope this place shuts down, it’s not fair to those who live there- people call for the nurse to come help and guess what they come after an hour, two...THEY DO NOT CARE! All employees are on their cell phones ALL DAY.

November 2020 This facility is the absolutely worst place that I have ever had the misfortune to be placed. People have to beg for a shower. And even though we are told it is per cdc guidelines although we can not find anything pertaining to it. Half the staff are not English speaking so you are becoming very frustrated and not very secure in having faith in their ability to do there job. There have been numerous med errors and a great deal of understaffing such as 1 nurse and 1 aide on day shift. Also that same ratio at night. The place smells they are constantly losing residents belongings . As

The new owners, Cornerstone, have made changes that reduce the patients quality of life and do not communicate the changes with the residents or their families. Voicemails are not returned and the menu of choices from the automated system is wrong. There have been numerous staffing changes since Cornerstone took over. It is apparent that the changes are directed at fattening the wallets of the Cornerstone business execs and not at offering high quality of life care. I am so very disappointed and have contacted the Ombudsman program for patients in long term care and filed a complaint with the DSHS

As a nurse it’s the most awful place to work. Managements only interest is making as money as possible. There is no direction or help from the ED. Hostile and scary situations. The admits are awful and there is no staff to care for the residents. Don’t work here or let your family members go to Aldercrest.

I am a current employee at this facility. We have been under new management for the last few months and our new administrator is the absolute worst. He is an incompetent bully that does nothing but degrade his staff. At the present time, there is no one with a clinical back ground reviewing patients. So they are admitting anything to fill the beds. Many of these patients have no business being admitted!! So, along with this horrible administrator and the population in the building, many of our best nurses have quit or planning on leaving. I love my job and most of my coworkers. If we continue on

Triple bypass surgery patients like my father are sent to this facility where they have a designated smoking area outside. Recommended by Medicaid and Providence Hospital, who does not permit any smoking on their property. Then they give the excuse that it is an individual right to smoke instead of not permitting smoking at their facility in the first place. They refuse to make a business decision not to permit smoking on their premises. Perhaps more concerned about profit than the health of their patients.
