Since then I have grown my business to serve all your massage needs without leaving the comfort of your own home. This means you get to enjoy that relaxation for a little bit longer by not having to drive.

Services
In a therapeutic massage we'll work together to find a massage suited just for you, ranging from Swedish to deep tissue, stretching and aromatherapy. A massage catered specifically to your needs. No matter if it is low back aches from the long drive down to the beach or sciatic pain from a long serving shift on your feet, we'll work with your needs.
As a Thai bodywork practitioner myself I was thrilled to find a therapist offering this beautiful healing art form on the island! I have received several sessions from Jamie and highly recommend her. Best 90 minutes ever! This young lady saved my life! I know I sound dramatic. Seriously though, my quality of life has improved since I met Jamie.

If you get the opportunity to book TAKE IT!! Had a work retreat/girls getaway and wanted to treat ourselves to some pampering. I never thought I could get a relaxing massage/ Thai massage/ hot stones/cbd cream right in my air bnb! Without me having to say anything she knew what areas needed more work and exactly how much pressure I needed. I told my friend I'd take another trip back to the area just so I could get more massages. Seriously it's that amazing.

Jamie is excellent!! Professional, knowledgeable and is one of the best massage therapist I have ever had give me a massage! I wish I could have an appointment every week. I have issues with repetitive motion problems in my right arm and my neck and shoulders are very tight. A 90 minute session with Jamie relieved my pain. I will seek her out in my next trip !!

Jamie is the best combination of skill and intuition. My first time to OBX and I get regular massages back home. I have challenging orthopaedic issues. Jamie was AMAZING!! My family and I had the pleasure of receiving massages from her in our beach house while listening to the waves crash and feeling the sea breeze. It was total heaven! With two crushed vertebrae, waking every morning to stiffness and pain is the norm. The day after my massage I had *ZERO* pain and increased mobility. Better than any chiropractic adjustment.

I have extreme back issues and was lucky enough to be referred to JAMIE MUNDY! She has practically worked miracles with me back, sciatic nerve and rehabilitation from total knee replacement.
She is knowledgeable, caring, professional, and works with your individual problems to a workable relief from pain.
She also works in Buxton area if you happen to be in that community this summer. But she is also in Southern Shores Market place year round, in the Vidant Family Medicine office she shares with Island Acupuncture.
She is available Monday and Thursday during "season" in Southern Shores
