I want to thank Dave and his guys/gals over at river falls heating for taking care of us today. Our furnace was putting out co2 into our home for awhile and we didnt know it. When my monitor was going off, I just thought the batteries were bad. When I replaced those, the monitor still beeped. When I replaced that, it still beeped between 15-35 times a day. I had river falls heating come out and do a test, and that’s when we found out we have been exposed to co2 for a long time, A few months to be exact. Within a day, Dave had our old furnace out and a new high efficiency furnace put back it.

The tech knew exactly what the problem was when I called on a Saturday. Showed up, dog freaked out, cleaned and cleared the blockage on the part. Easy peasy! I don't know the dude's name but it was on 1/23/21. Local guy, good people. Gave him a T- bone steak as a tip. Greatly appreciated and thank you.

Furnace went out - being a DIYer, I rapidly troubleshot it and pinpointed the faulty part. Called these folks up and sure enough they had the part! What about ebay or amazon? Well yeah I could’ve got it there too, for less $$, but I’d have to wait for delivery and suffer with a knock-off imported part.
Friendly service and knowledgeable advice. Nice little showroom and plenty of shop space out back.
