Probably one of the best pole dance studios in Montreal. Now, I haven't gone to other studios, but Milan Pole Dance has a wonderful facility with beautiful lighting and a very clean/pretty training space.
I started pole dancing last July and since then I became hooked! All of the instructors are super friendly and can definitely help you out (remember to ask!) Your fellow "polers" that you meet there are also very friendly and it feels like a supportive environment all around. This studio is just incredible. Dedicated and talented instructors, with a wide variety of classes, so there is really something for everyone. I really feel at home whenever I come to the studio. For students like myself, they also offer student discounts! I have been to two other pole studios before and this one is by far the winner. Beautiful studio too located in Old Montreal. I highly recommend!

The location is perfect! Close to the old port and metro station. I can even go to classes on my lunch break.
I had no idea about pole fitness until I went for a class. The classes are offered according to your level and style of preference. It's such a fun place and all the staff is very friendly. I've been taking classes for 10 months now.

Thanks to Montreal Yelp, I enjoyed immensely this studio from our Société D'exploration; Yelp event. My colleagues from work and I have been looking for activities as team building. My experience with Milan Pole Dance Studio was splendid from the last visit, so I suggested pole dancing would be a great idea. With the help of Isabelle, whom I met during Yelp event, we organized a private event. The studio is big, at least for 20 people. Simply decorated and perfectly lit from the natural light from outside. Camille was our instructor. Firstly, she is very beautiful; she moves with such grace

I always wanted to try pole dancing and I finally had the chance thanks to the Yelp, Risa, Mariko and the team at Milan Pole Dancing. The studio is perfectly located in the heart of old Montreal and it is really nicely designed. Probably one of the nicest studios I have seen in a while.
Our teacher Alix was so graceful and patient. She is an extremely passionate dancer and teacher which made the class even more enjoyable. In terms of the class, it was quite challenging and an unforgettable experience.
Ladies and gentlemen do not hesitate to try this studio at least one time and explore the pole

Simply put: Best Pole Studio in town. Milan Pole Dance Studio Montreal is in a great location, everything about the studio is beautiful and most importantly they have amazing instructors! I signed up for the trial 6 months ago and after the very first class I knew it was the place to be. I tried trials at other studios and they don't even compare. Milan offers various levels of pole classes and the team of instructors follow your progress from week to week. They also have conditioning, stretching and dance classes to complement your pole practice. Great community and vibe. I strongly recommend

Amazing studio with dynamic and caring teachers - honestly the whole studio is a great environment to be in. Completely non judgemental, people are there to help each other out, work out and have fun. Never thought I'd be the one saying this but it's pretty easy to get addicted after a while. Try it out! You'll love it!

I tried some other studios before subscribing to MPDS but MPDS is the only one that instantly felt like home!
The instructors are devoted, dynamic, experienced and each of them has their little something about them that make you want to come back! Also, the studios are amazingly decorated (Golden poles, white brick and pink LED lights for the win) and kept impeccably clean.
Everything is made easy with MPDS.. (in-app reservation, MindBody online platform to purchase class packages and gear) ..except maybe some spins and moves we are taught that give us the right amount of challenge that makes

The Studio is amazing, super chic and classy.
I felt like a sexy princess in her wonderland.
There was a magic environment and the instructors were super available and patient with me.. it was my first time on the pole and I want to share this experience with you because it was really funny, a strong workout in which you can improve your strength and at the same time feel sexy!!

I just returned to the states from a lovely visit to Montreal where I was able to attend many of the classes offered here at the Milan Pole Dance Studio, Montreal. I have been doing pole fitness for quite some time and have attended classes at many studios. This one was definitely my favorite.
