David was on time for the estimate and for the actual job. We received texts when he was on the way each time. They did a wonderful job and were able to get out old stains that I had no hope would come out so well. I highly recommend this company.

David and another gentleman professionally cleaned my recently installed carpet due to all the mud and dirt tracked in from my fur babies on all those rainy days we have had, the stains are much worse in the country,
Both guys were professional and David is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I also paid him to clean my modern white Italian leather sofa that had become pretty dirty due to my babies' paws, big German Shepherd paws!
The results for the carpet and sofa clean were great, and both guys are great with dogs.

I have had Bird's Restoration & Cleaning come out to our house many times in the last year or so, and I'm very pleased with the work that has been done. They are always polite, show up on time, keep me updated of every step of the service with texts, and the carpets look great. When my couch proved to be made up of mystery material that did not work well with steam, they came out here multiple times to ensure the couch was properly cleaned. I don't write reviews often, but this company does an above-average job and I definitely recommend their services.
