I can not thank Ed's Collision enough for repairing my vehicle! My vehicle has been vandalized on several occasions at my apartment complex and he was able to rectify all the issues for me! My vehicle is like brand new!! He is fair, completely work in a timely and I can not praise them enough!

I was a victim of sliding on black ice on the LIE. My 2015 Toyota Prius needed the front bumper replacement with a hood and fender alignment. Ed’s Auto Collision was highly recommended by folks I trust. So, I brought my car in and spoke to Andy. He looked at the car and provided an estimated repair cost. They use only Toyota OEM parts and the work is guaranteed for the life of the vehicle.

Had minor collision work done there and they are thorough and efficient. Everyone there was so nice and told me exactly what I needed to know. They gave me a time frame and I was pleased at how accurate their time frame was because I needed to have my car back to go to work. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that needs a good, honest and thorough place to bring their car if they are in need.

These guys turned what could have been a terrible experience into a pleasant one. Very professional. They made sure the insurance company paid to have the car fixed the right way, and not with scrap yard garbage. Beautiful job, kept me up to date and informed and walked me through the process so I knew what was going on. I'm always apprehensive about bringing my car to shops because it's really a hit or miss. Unfortunately, my car was totaled and I wasn't able to experience what I would have definitely expected to be amazing service. With that being said, however, they treated me as if I was going to be getting my car repaired there. Andy was absolutely amazing and extremely knowledgeable. He helped me out with some tips to make sure that I got the best estimate possible on the loss. Even when I came to clear my car out he was trying to see if I could make a little extra money on the car from the tires. I hope

From start o finish, you will not be disappointed in having Ed's do your body work. I only had a minor accident but it's always an upsetting experience when you're in a collision. I was actually referred to Ed's through a friend that works here . From the moment I walked in the door they were incredibly professional and courteous toward me my girlfriend who had never been in an accident before or dealt with a body shop ; let alone a haggling insurance company.
They really went that extra mile to ease her concerns and explain what the entire process would be like. They arranged a sick rental car for her. Almost two years after hurricane sandy and I am still finding broken glass in my car that the manager Andy Brown was supposed to have cleaned up as part of their servicing if my vehicle. Very disappointed in him and Ed's for not having a competent manager!
