Angel Senior Care has been taking care of my mom for almost 3 months now. Donna, the owner, Brandie who manages the caregivers and all the caregivers do an incredible job. The compassion and caring is absolutely top notch! They all work hard caring for our mom. Laundry, meals, housework etc. They do it all and have become part of our family. My sister, son and I are so glad they are there 24/7 doing such a fantastic job!! Thank You very much to all of you! This is a hard job and they do it so well, because they truly care!

I enjoy working for this company. The staff and clients are wonderful. I can choose the assignments I want to take. I can also choose the hours I work. I found this a fun and relaxing job. I'm confident and enjoy helping seniors stay in their house. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a great job or for great care givers for their loved ones. The most disgusting company out there. Warning, they will stalk you, they will harass you & YOUR CLIENT! They never return calls, nor text messages. They will respond two days later. They pretty much accuse you of everything that THEY are doing wrong. They will forget to turn in certain information into the state. They will blow your phone up constantly if things aren’t going their way. They won’t even let you go do something that your client has asked you to do for them, for instance run to the pharmacy before or after work. They have such a bad attitude towards anything that you try to ask

I had an absolutely terrible experience . Karen and Donna or whatever their names are, were the worst most dispicable creatures to me. My grandfather is literally dying a slow dementia death and I had been working with some wonderful company but lost their info and simply called Angels to see if it happened to be them. It was not. Karen interrupted me constantly and kept shouting out prices and all I wanted was to see if she could possibly look up my name and see if we had been in correspondence. Apparently that was asking too much and she continued to interrupt and shout and refused to tell me

I made a formal complaint about Angel Senior Care to the WA State Attorney General. They sent him back lies in response. I will take a lie detector test and pass with flying colors to prove what I say is true:
1. They sent a stranger to sit with me in the emergency room after I requested to cancel that day's care. Having her there made me even more uncomfortable and upset then I was originally.
2. I requested that a caregiver not return to my home because for three days in a row I asked her to dust. Not the whole house, just one room at a time. She didn't say no. She just never did it

I worked for this agency in 2015. The families they sent us to were wonderful, management was great. The offered a lot of additional education to help you achieve your Nursing Aide needs. Even after not working for them for a couple of years I needed help in locating some of my certifications. I called up and spoke with Jessie, she was super friendly and helpful. She was able to resolve all of my needs quickly and efficiently. Thanks Jessie!!
