Over the past 40+ years, Blank Aschkenasy Properties has built a record of successful investments and developments by applying our core principles to our real estate strategy. It's our ability to think across the full spectrum of a project that sets us apart -prior to committing to any project, large or small, we embark on an intensive due diligence process that results in us always being several steps ahead of our competition.

We consider the issues most likely to arise, the impact one decision will have on other parts of a project and, most importantly, work to resolve them before they become a stumbling block. And when the unexpected occurs, we take a rigorous, hands-on approach that we believe is generally successful because of our deep knowledge of our markets, vertically integrated operating platform and proximity to our real estate investments.
Services
A strategically located small strip shopping center located along one of Philadelphia's busiest highways. The shopping center and connected adjacent parcels contain Oak Street Health, a primary care clinic for adults with Medicare, Santander Bank, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Taco Bell, Burger King and Rite Aid.
In 2014, Blank Aschkenasy Properties entered the multifamily investment, development and management space with the creation of a separately branded company, Relative Properties, LLC. Leveraging our existing infrastructure, we have acquired five projects totaling approximately 800 units. Newly renovated apartments, a reimagined clubhouse with new fitness center, indoor/outdoor common space, and several other property and amenity upgrades.

We ate at Enoteca Tredici. That is our favorite place to go for dinner when we are visiting our daughter at Villanova.

I absolutely love the re-design. Parking is a little nuts, but it is a tight spot, and I think did pretty well with what they had. If you don't mind a little longer of a walk, it make sense to fill up the back first because 1/5 times you will get a spot near Lancaster. 5/5 you will find one in the back.

Little shopping area in a nice location. We love going here and getting bagels, or coffee and there's always plenty of parking which is nice.

The signs for this place were up forever, so my expectations were high for the new shopping centre. The design of the place is well done and all stores easily accessible. Parking is a bit scarce, but there's street parking available and turnover is high.

Happy to have La Colombe here as there are few good coffee choices around (just Gryphon, really). Looking forward to trying Turning Point eventually, but it's always so crowded.

Still spaces available and hope management can attract some other nice stores/restaurants as this area has been pretty underserved recently.

This business is not a positive member of our community. There is a woman who literally sits and monitors the parking lot - because that's a productive use of time.

My husband and I went to XOLO for lunch but their lot was full, so given the parking lots was empty here and we always go to this center for coffee at La Columbia, we parked at very end (where there was no one) and grabbed lunch and INTENDED to grab coffee... but because this woman has nothing better to do, she had my car towed to the tune of $210.

Know that as a member of this community, I will not be spending another $210
