Progressive auto insurance was an absolute nightmare to deal with on a flat tire along the interstate. John Thompson with Libby’s absolutely saved the day even through the insurance run around. I can’t thank him enough. Very fast service in a rough spot with heavy traffic. Great communication, highly recommended!

Our fuel pump went out on our truck and we were stranded on I65. We called Libby's and the tow truck arrived quickly. He loaded up our truck and hooked up our boat to be pulled. The driver called a repair shop for us and got us in to be repaired the next day. We decided to get towed to our destination instead - 135 miles away. The driver was so nice. He was an excellent driver. We arrived in Bowling Green and he backed our boat into the driveway and unloaded our truck. I can't thank him enough.

Blew a tire on my Class A RV at 2:45pm Friday on I65. They were very quick to respond & kept me updated on the progress of the technician en route. Technician arrived & went right to work & even went the extra mile to clear the wheel well so I could continue to IN. Highly recommend their roadside service!! Thanks to John!! He was professional & extremely helpful!! He got us back on the road by 6pm!

On a Sunday, 12/20/2020, our transmission went out. These guys were the only ones the Tennessee state trooper was able to get. They were super. Immediately responded and put our SUV in a locked fenced in area. Can’t say enough good things about them. Certainly recommend them.
