This place is horrible. Ive been here for 2 years with multiple, horrible issues. Ive been contacting them for mold for 2 months now. My carpet/floors are always wet w/ no explanation. The shower is completely falling apart & they just keep trying to reseal the moisture & mold into the walls. I moved in 2 years ago paying 1650. Middle of COVID they upped it to 1865. Now they upped it to 2050... pool & gym have never been accessible - ever. No pedestrian gates work, so you better have a clicker to get in & out. No mail keys. One parking spot. Not to even mention the location &

They take numerous MONTHS to repair any problems you may have, big or small. However they are quick and super attentive when it comes to raising rent and making sure the tenants pay...even if they still have numerous repairs to make. Highly recommend looking elsewhere. Your hard earned money and your peace of mind is not worth the lack of response and troubles you will encounter with Property Upsurge.

The worst place to rent from they always try and get more money from you anyway they can we lived at one of their places for five years and finally just couldn't deal how are rent was one thing never had a rate that stayed at one price if we paid 1600 one month we might paid 1608 when our rent was only 1520 how does that even happen they are price Gaucher's, a terrible place to rent from. Worst property management company I have ever rented with.
1) the apartments are infested with roaches. The only way they will spray inside the apartments is if we remove everything from inside.
2) when viewing the apartments, I specifically asked whether or not w/s/g was included. They said it was. Fast forward a year and they send out a letter stating they made a mistake and I need to pay over $500 in w/s/g bills.
3) it took them 6 months to repair the plumbing. My neighbors sh*t was flooding my tub and overflowing onto my bathroom floor every week because of a crack in the main line. They

Highly upset they were confident in telling me how my apllication looked great... in redding i was told i would know after christmas for the ace iapplied for i i obviously didnt get... my credit score is 516 i get that but this company advertises they approve you with thay scrore... they also charged me double amounts for applying! And i asked about it and never heard back... ive also called and never heard back its really upsetting because i didnt apply for anything else and didnt even get a call back:(....

This company is a complete scam. I strongly feel that because if them my son is now a victim of identity theft. I applied for a unit with this company and my application was denied. They said it was denied due to an eviction but I have never been evicted! Ironically this year when I filed my income taxes my son was claimed as a dependent by someone other than me! Mind you this way the first time this has happened in 17 years! Could be coincidental and I will never know because the IRS will never disclose that information to me. Anyway, the point is dont waste your time or money with these scammers

I had amazing customer service from Lexie and Casey. I completely forgot to ask the receptionist's name but she was also wonderful. Lexie and Casey both answered my emails and calls right away and went through all my questions with me. My application was processed quickly and this has been the smoothest part of my move so far. :-)

Applied for a property and was denied for an eviction. The eviction was on my husbands side and they only ran part of his last name ( He has two last names) his first last name is super common. Might as well run john smith. We even went to the court house and they proved his real full name has no record but when you take the second last name off there is a record from over 10 years ago and the court house does not keep the information especially because the case was dismissed and no actions were filed. Lexie is awesome from the time I submitted my application she immediately emailed other documents she needed to complete my application she was patient cause I actually was the slow one. Any time I had a question she called me back the same day. Once she received all of my documents needed to complete application she called me bright and early the next day with an approval . The most unprofessional mgmt company! We had scheduled 4 viewings with this company for 2 different properties. On one property they cancelled on us 3 times.
1st time we waited outside for 20 mins. and rec'd a text re: an emergency and to reschedule.
2nd time an email 1 day before to reschedule.
3rd time they texted us 1 days before to say the unit was off the market.
We had a second condo scheduled as well for that same day so i called and spoke to a representative and told her how disappointed we were. No accountability, I even explained how i had taken time off work and traveled 80 miles

Denying me for being evicted when I was NEVER evicted. I called them three days ago and they just now got back to me while I was at work so I couldn't pick up right away. I waited till after lunch hours to call back and nothing again.
I jumped through hoops, calling the previous properties I've lived at and checking my credit score to figure this all out.
Perfect score and have NEVER been evicted.

Thankfully, I am not affiliated or am a customer of Property Upsurge. Sadly, one of my clients WAS and I had to work with Property Upsurge. Over the span of 1 month tried to reach out and communicated with someone at their office. Called over 10 times without a single answer, left 5 voicemail's without a single reply from them. Moved onto their "online service", which the message on the phone tells you to go to, and was not contacted after I left my information. Noticed they have a fax machine number and tried to contact them through their fax. NOT A SINGLE REPLY.

Beware and think twice before you consider trying to rent from this company.This is my opinion only. but they seem REALLY shady....Read other reviews as well....They will have you pay $30.00 per house application fee and maybe NOT rent to you or the courtesy to email you that someone else got it.So if they have 5 houses you are interested in you pay application fee and fill out separate app for all 5 places...30$ x 5 is $150.00.....I emailed them fri with a question about my application i sent in and no response days later. still no response...No one but a robot answers the ph and from what

My family and I initially chose this management company because of the cheap down payment boy did we make a mistake. We have rented from them for close to five years now and every single chance they get they raise our rent, they also refused to send a hard copy of the water bill or even give me a courtesy call when it is due. Well first off you cannot drop by you have to make an appointment before being seen by anyone. That's of you get in contact with someone at the office. You have to call at least 5x and leave several messages before anyone calls you back. This property management should not be in business. Stay far far away. Very unprofessional!!!! Tell you one thing when it's another. Smh

There was a property listed by Upsurge on CL for an apartment in Antioch, CA for a reasonable amount of rent and a $500.00 deposit.
The photo's that Upsurge posted on-line showed an appoint that was clean, neat, and orderly.
