I've had this service for a while and they have always called to inform me of upcoming service, at this time I would confirm if I wanted the service. Well today, I received service without a call, text, voicemail. No communication was sent to me what so ever. I called customer service and the young lady was very helpful and empathetic, stating she will get a manager to call me. Well a few hrs go by and I check my account. I was charged, for a service I did not confirm so I call back and speak with a manager, Andre. No help at all, no empathy or managerial skills displayed. He said that even though

As a customer I find Jon extremely personable and knowledgeable. I have been with them for several years and have unique needs. However, if not watched constantly, the Field team will not fully do what is requested. When I call John, they usually try to correct the problem as soon as possible. This last time, we are moving from our current home to another and asked him if he would give us a estimate. When I called back and got the office person to set that timer, I was told they did not service my area. I don't know Who is correct, Jon who tells me they do service my area, or the person on

I've been using them for five years. I still have weeds in the same places. I'm fed up with them and going to move onto the next person. Every time they come out they leave granules everywhere and I have to call them to have their guys come back and blow off my pool deck and sidewalks. I met with the owner today and he advised me it's acceptable to leave The amount of granules that were on my pool deck and sidewalks. I ended and cancelled my service. I hired these guys because I have stage for kidney cancer and I Can't take care of my yard anymore,they do a terrible job killing

Very rude employees. I was cut off in mid sentence and then hung up on after trying to understand why they would put down fertilizer before diagnosing a grass issue I was having - which is why I called it the first place. Another company only concerned with taking your money. Proceed with caution. Only gave 1 star because it makes you. Should be no stars.

Paid up front for a season of service to address weeds. First treatment did not show much improvement anywhere, and then learned on top of that, that they do nothing to treat weeds in flowerbeds or walkways. They only spray for weeds in grassy areas. So much for weed service., which is what I thought I was getting.
