Jennifer and her staff go above and beyond what a traditional insurance agent typically does for their customers. For every claim that my family has had to experience, the process has been so easy and fair. When our two sons were involved in an automobile accident, Jennifer came by our house within a few hours just to check on them and to make sure they were doing okay. Jennifer and her staff are second to none. They donate their time and money to all of the local schools and organizations and take such pride in representing our city. I have been with State Farm for 30 years and they have always made me feel like they are happy to be of service. Annie S. has been a constant for us since the first time I met her nearly 20 years ago. I’m pretty sure everyone already knows this, but Jennifer Field Mabou and her staff at State Farm are great! We needed to make a change because Allstate went up and didn’t notify us. Lucky Chance caught it, but… most people wouldn’t because it was auto draft. Walked into Jenn’s office and in less than 45 minutes (probably shorter if we weren’t visiting and catching up ) we were walking out with a better car insurance deal.
