Convenient location. Woman at the front desk was friendly and owner that I met twice was great. Super clean rooms and well lit parking lot. Good value for the money!

Was very clean only problem was you can smell the vinegar he uses to whip & clean things with. Not a fan but all in all nice place comfortable beds

Pleasantly surprised with this delightful hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms with friendly and helpful staff. Sonny and Alex go above & beyond. Very pleased with the overall experience.

Above and beyond excellent. We were more than impressed! The family of owners were so accommodating. We came in as cyclists and they Volunteered to drive us to dinner THEN picked us up. We have never met more friendly hospitable people. Also, everything was very clean and nice. We are coming back!

We stayed here overnight in our R.V. It is a very nice place. Quiet, and spots are all level gravel. 50 amp hookups. Very friendly service at Motel. Complementary breakfast is a bit limited due to covid, but still nice. I will stay here again for sure. Also nicely landscaped with beautiful flowers and trees, grassy area to walk dog. I would greatly recommend!

We drove to Garnett in order to bike ride the Prairie Spirit Trail to Iola. Check-in staff was very pleasant. The landscaping with all the flowers was impressive. The room looked clean and sanitary. The furniture, the carpet were like new. The towels and wash cloths very good. The room looked great. Sonny the owner offered to let us keep our vehicle in their parking lot while we took our 2 day bike trip. The extra water he offered to us came in handy on our long ride.

Clean, fairly priced hotel with wonderful staff. Lobby has a very strong perfume like smell that is a bit overwhelming, but the rooms have no sign of that. Facility is well maintained and updated. Breakfast is limited choices due to covid, but adequate. Overall, a very nice place to stay.

I stay at this hotel roughly once a month and I will say it is hard to find a friendlier group of people. They care about their hotel and your stay and it shows. They go above and beyond and go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. Highly recommend

Wow! I can't say enough good things about this place! Was here 3 days and 2 night. The rooms were clean and have everything you could ever need plus more! Loved the makeup wipes and shower cap provided (seems like that's not the norm anymore.) I've stayed at 10 hotels in the last 2 months and this was one of the best! When we needed plates to heat up food we got them! When we needed anything (or didn't need anything) it was always offered with a smile! Everyone was so friendly and it felt like everyone was family. I would definitely stay here again and I'm so glad we got
