The first package scan is sometimes upon arrival at a regional carrier hub near the package destination. This is common place when shipping volume is higher than usual and packages are processed in large quantities. Before the first scan, the carrier may not show receipt of the package. If your order has shipped and cannot be modified, you may refuse the package or return it using our Online Returns Center.

Our girls softball team won the league championship, Shaina worked with me to create amazing custom t-shirts for the girls. I also had t-shirts printed for volunteers for a benefit I hosted last year and everyone loved them. The shirts are great quality and true to size.

I have also ordered different banners and they have always been wonderful.

Ordered full color, large custom flyers we of superior quality.

Very professional and great at what they do! We have about 4 or 5 pull up banners that were unusable and they fixed them and did a really amazing job. They even took a banner that looked unrepairable and repaired it! They did such good work, we were very impressed and will be using them for our future printing and banner fixing needs :)

Mainly used them for T-Shirt orders and was always happy with quality, pricing and turn around time. Over time I started using them for other things like business cards, banners, signs and booklet printing. It's so nice to have one printer that does everything under one roof as opposed to going to 2-33 different places for different things.

I recently ordered a Banner from "Patterson Printing" for a 80th out-door birthday party. I wanted our banner done with a "Mexican" theme, with bright colors. I also wanted the birthday girl's picture printed on the banner along with specific verbiage printed. They went out of their way to provide quality service and to accommodate my requests. I can't tell you how beautiful the banner turned out!
