We absolutely love providing office cleaning services! Though it is not exactly rocket science, it does require a keen eye, a positive attitude, the proper training and the best equipment and supplies available. Did I mention dependability? With daily vacuuming and washing, as needed buffing, top coating and occasional stripping and refinishing, your VCT floors should last for decades and will always look their best for your staff and customers.
All areas will be kept dusted. These areas include all desks, chairs, tables, shelving, filing cabinets, cubicle tops, lighting fixtures, office appliances, window sills, artwork, etc. Depending on the size of the job and to keep your office space properly clean, I may permanently assign all equipment necessary to your premises.
VCT floor care is an art and requires the proper equipment, products and know how. All three are absolute requirements and anything less will not produce the best professional results possible. Then, we will strip all included VCT tile, removing all the old wax (even in the many corners). The entire area will be rinsed and neutralized and completely dried.
Improving the IAQ of your facility will reduce the instance of illness to your staff and your carpets will always look amazing for you, your staff and your customers. Regular professional cleaning of your carpeting will greatly extend its life expectancy and protect your flooring investment. First, we thoroughly vacuum the entire carpet area with our HEPA filtered back pack vacuum cleaners.
