Morgan is the first coast-to-coast linen and uniform laundry operation that TRSA (Textile Rental Services Assoc.) Most Morgan facilities are certified by the Healthcare Laundry Accreditation Council (HLAC) - an independent third party that inspects our complete textile processing cycle. Before working with Morgan, many times we'd get charged for a stain that wasn't even removed.

Absolute worst business vendor I’ve ever dealt with and I deal with many. Where to start.. the unprofessional women that answer the phone. Bad attitudes, numerous mistakes and no accountability. Drivers… besides Craig they’re all incompetent. Deliveries wrong day of weddings, drop of orders but don’t pick up bags of dirty linens for weeks… oh and charge me $100’s for unreturned linens as they sit there not picked up. And funny how you had a 1.4 rating 6 months ago. Gathering all your family and friends to help you out? Pathetic

We had to stop using Morgan Services due to poor service and undependable deliveries. They are trying to charge us for services that they did not provide and sent us to collections. They are unwilling to work with us and told us to prove it. We had to close our doors due to Covid-19 back in November 2020 and just re-opened March 2nd 2021. Unbelievable that during these trying times that they would do this to a restaurant. Would NEVER EVER recommend Morgan Services.

Contracts are hideously expensive, triple over time, and when I tried to cancel after 3 years they said no, I'm locked in until 2021, or I can pay them $22,000 to break my contract! I am a small dental office and cannot afford their ridiculous pricing. I have now found out that have a horrible reputation for being too expensive and price gauging amongst my fellow dentists. Stay away from this unreputable company! Buy your own lab coats and save a fortune.

Delivery drivers are great..... quality is the same as mission / alsco etc
but their pricing is bait and switch..plus those stupid contracts they lock you into
pricing has tripled in the last 3 years...what a joke... dont ever use this company with a contract...they should have to earn your repeat business every day like the rest of us do.. not stick you up the *&% with the price increases while you are under contract
