Kristin helped us sell and buy during the COVID-19 pandemic and did it brilliantly. We had a great professional relationship making this process possible and less overwhelming. We used Kristin to sell our house in Marshfield at the beginning of June. After meeting with multiple agents, we choose Kristin due to her strong knowledge of the local real estate market and how excited she really seemed to be listing our house. My brother and I were trying to sell our childhood home on our own before the pandemic hit. We had a couple of trees down in the front yard and the house needed a lot of work, but we knew we had a great property.
