I came in first thing in the morning and Justin got my iPhone 8+ front screen fixed in under an hour. Beside the excellent service, Justin is really nice and was explaining everything I needed to know about the repairs being done and the warranty that comes with it. Computer Prodigies staff were very helpful and answered all my questions concerning my MacBook and everyone provided excellent customer service. Not being a tech savvy customer, they took the time to explain various functions and answered all of my questions. Thank you Justin! I brought in my grandsons PS4. He totally fried the hard drive. I brought it in Wednesday late afternoon and he had it done on Monday. You guys also worked on my old Apple laptop a few years ago, and for as old as it is it’s still working great because of you. Apple told me to get rid of it it’s to old. You guys are the best. I regret... NOT GOING TO COMPUTER PRODIGIES FIRST!
I went on a camping trip and lost my phone, turns out I left it on a pick up bed and the driver left with it. It ended up getting tossed on the road and it was run over countless times!
We are loyal customers of Computer Prodigies but never thought that my Iphone 11 could be brought back from the dead, so I ended up buying an SE. The SE is not the same! A $400 phone cannot compare to a $1200 one. My husband ended up consulting with CP and they gave it a good prognosis.
I just got my 11 back yesterday and apart from the damage to the edges from

They did an amazing job on my 27inch iMac. It was diagnosed within the hour and I believe it could have been done that day if not for a special part that had to be ordered. The computer was back in my hands in no time and at a very reasonable price from now on I will trust no one but computer prodigies with all of my devices. They have a repeat customer in me. I would highly recommend taking in any computer or device to these guys!! Our PC wasn't turning on and they investigated thoroughly and figured out what was wrong, but because it was a part that we had to return and they didn't actually do the work to fix it, they didn't even charge us anything!! But they were still happy to offer a ton of very useful advice. So knowledgeable and friendly and fair!

Excellent Service. Glad I found this spot so close to home. They serviced my iMac when no one else would. They specialize in APPLE Products which are the only products I buy. Believe it or not, Apple Stores DO NOT service any device older than 3 years! Sad but true. But Thanks to Computer Prodigies, my 2010 iMac now runs LIKE NEW!!! Yes I said 2010! I brought my desktop in and I needed a new hard drive. They replaced it and installed windows on it. But I wish they wouldn't have installed all the unnecessary software. Also I tried to upgrade to windows 10 while Microsoft was giving away upgrades for free, and it said I didn't have a license key for windows 8, so they must have used a cracked version of windows 8 when installing it.
Edit: I called Justin, the owner, and he was very helpful. He's giving me a windows 10 product key free of charge. Offered to fix everything himself, but I moved recently, and I don't want

I went to this place about a year ago when my 4 year old Dell Studio 1555 would not turn on. Justin was the one who attended to me. The main reason I took it there was because this was the only place I found that offered free diagnostics. I wanted to figure out if it was worth getting this laptop fixed or just buy a new one.
