Worst product ever! They used 2017 technology that is obsolete. They sold me on a nice website and delivered a totally different product that a child could’ve created. I’m scrapping the project and taking the loss. That’s what i get for for the cheap product. Learn from this guys. I’m going to have a professional create the website now. Don’t waste your money here!

I am very unhappy with the programming and services of Maxelerator-IT. They tried to take credit for developing software under another developer's license. I found out, and now I am in a dispute trying to get a refund of my investment. (They wanted to get paid for stealing someone else's property) This is not an honorable group of people, I suggest you not get involved.

This company happy to take $3000 from Australian small company. web solutions are the co - company but all payments go to maxelerator. this Australian company is being held to ransom pay another $800 to list business on Google or no website so for entire Xmas break no website can not contact anyone, and have now found out that so called Australian rep is in India. do the right decent thing refund the money to this ozzy company

Contacted them about creating an app. Were very aggressive with calls, wanted to begin immediately. Finally agreed. Sent three "mock images" showing designs each time requesting payment. Has been over a month now with no further contact from them yet last email said they would have backend to show me in a few days. No app, just mocked up images. Seem to go for the easy money then no contact.

Solicited my business to give them a chance saying that redesigning my website would prove to be a great ROI. I first wasn't interested and told them I had no time to work on it. They said they had everything they needed off of my existing website and that they would put something together. In the beginning when I was paying at minor milestones they contacted me frequently. When I ask them to make changes because content was incomplete they said it was temporary fillers. As the months past many account managers changed and kept asking me to go back over what changes I needed. I'd go back

The website was not informative enough but I agreed to a scheduled call that was also less than informative. I understand that different services are offered for different price points; however, getting info about even the services not to mention baseline price range was like trying to get into Fort Knox. Extremely disappointed!
