Very knowledgeable, effective, and professional services. I called about carpenter ants. They assured me, based on my description, that I did not have an infestation. They did not try to push unnecessary services on me. I wanted perimeter treatment even without an infestation. The technician was polite and very knowledgeable. He completed the treatment AND went above and beyond by knocking down wasp nests and inspecting for any potential mouse entry points. He explained the substance used for treatment (non-toxic to humans/pets), how it works, what to expect in the coming 30 days, etc. It has worked
